Septic Tanks

A conventional septic tank system comprises of a septic tank and a percolation area. The septic tank functions as a holding tank whereby the solids settle to the bottom and the liquid flows into the percolation area, where the water is purified. Liquid is introduced and discharged by gravity. Where site conditions do not allow gravity discharge, a pumped system is available.
